Cancellation and refunds
Background
ATTTO seeks to keep its costs as low as possible for all trainees and employers. To do this we need to make sure that payment for and any changes to attendance are clear for all parties.
Payment
Payment in full is required prior to attendance at any course, workshop, programme or event. ATTTO is a New Zealand business, and all transactions will be billed in New Zealand dollars.
Cancellation/Refund policy
A $40 per person administration charge or the applicable cancellation fee, which ever is the greater will apply.
Should a course, workshop, programme or any other event fail to attract a required minimum number of participants we reserve the right to cancel it.
To keep our fees as low as possible the following cancellation/refund policy applies in all instances. Re-scheduling, cancellation or non attendance less than ten working days prior to the course will be treated as follows:
- 1- 3 working days before start date of course - no refund for cancellation or failure to attend
- 4 - 9 working days before start date of course - 50% of course fees refunded for cancellation in writing
- 10 + working days before start date of course - Cancellation in writing will result in a full refund (less a $40 per person administration fee).
Disclaimer
ATTTO reserves the right to add, reschedule or substitute speakers and/or vary an advertised course, workshop or programme or the location where it is held, at its discretion.
ATTTO reserves the right to cancel planned or scheduled courses, workshops, programmes or any other event. This could occur at short notice and could apply if the minimum number of participants has not been confirmed, or other essential requirements for a course change.
In the extremely unlikely event that this occurs you will be offered rescheduling on a course to suit you or a full refund.
For people affected by cancellation or changes who have made travel arrangements, ATTTO will consider reimbursement of any cancellation or amendment fees incurred as a direct result on a case-by-case basis on receipt of a written request supported by receipts.
