KiaOraMai announces a nationwide Employer's road show
09 Feb 2010
KiaOraMai has introduced an exciting training programme designed for service-industry employees and is now about to take that message to employers through a nation-wide road show. David Edney the KiaOraMai Service Centre Manager, along with Doris Kaua ATTTO National Manager Cultural Awareness, will be talking about what benefits Employers can expect...
- Employers improve their business reputation by finding and training people with the right skills and attitudes - that means improved bottom line results.
- Customers enjoy their experience and receive a consistently high quality of service because we understand their expectations and meet them.
- Employees know what to do to create a positive uniquely New Zealand experience and engage positively with customers, based on your business's service promise.
- The community wins because more customers feel inspired to spend time in and around the area. The programme will take approximately four months to complete. It's a mixture of training in the workplace and two off-job workshops.
As an employer and if you wish to attend your local road show please contact the Service Centre at kiaoramai@attto.org.nz or call 0800 29 29 29 for details.
