Self Assessment
The KiaOraMai programme requires you, the employer, and your employee to be ready and willing to participate. Check you’re ready by agreeing with the following statements:
Employer Self Assessment
- I can see the value KiaOraMai will bring to my business and all of my questions have been answered.
- I’ll allow my employee the time to complete the programme (see the on-line tutorial if you’re not sure).
- I’m happy to pay the $110 (including GST) programme fee for my employee (or my employee is happy to cover this cost).
- I’m willing to support my employee with completing their workplace activities and observations (or I’m willing to allocate someone else to do this), based on this being approximately 10 hours throughout the next four months.
- My employee is ready to get started.
Employee Self Assessment
- I think KiaOraMai will give me the skills I need and all of my questions have been answered.
- I’m committed to finishing the whole programme, based on all of my other work and personal commitments. (Refer back to the ‘What you can expect’ page if you need to.)
- My employer is happy to pay the $110 (including GST) programme fee for me (or I’m happy to cover this).
- My employer is ready to get started.
